Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes at a game design company? Well here is an insider of what a day in the life looks like at Ludensa!
Our day starts with a team meeting in which we all show our faces and have a catch-up on how things are going with our shared or individual tasks along with our social life as we are just like you with normal lives!
As we work remotely our team bonding is mainly done through playtesting games we are designing along with our weekly streams of board games played on Tabletop Simulator. We may have an occasional in person meeting at a games cafe which we use to build morale leading to a better work performance.
We also stay on calls with each other after a briefing to give us the environment of a workplace, so whilst our game designer Chris is designing the latest projects we have in the works our game researcher Arthur is also looking for the latest information to help our projects gain the correct knowledge, with Nathan attending to the art details of our projects and Shan portraying our products across social media!
